1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our stress management programs and want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If you are not satisfied with your program within the first 14 days of enrollment, we offer a satisfaction guarantee with specific terms outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on several factors including the type of service purchased, the time elapsed since purchase, and the extent of service usage.
2.1 Digital Programs and Resources
For digital programs, online courses, and downloadable resources:
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
- You must not have accessed more than 25% of the program content
- Digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded are generally not eligible for refunds after 48 hours
- Video content and recorded sessions that have been viewed beyond introductory materials are not refundable
2.2 Coaching Sessions and Consultations
For one-on-one coaching sessions and consultations:
- Individual sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for refunds
- No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling
- For multi-session packages, unused sessions can be refunded if requested within 30 days of purchase and before 50% of sessions have been completed
2.3 Group Workshops and Programs
For group workshops, classes, and programs:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start date are not eligible for refunds
- Once a group program has started, refunds are not available
2.4 Subscription Services
For monthly or annual subscription services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase are eligible for a prorated refund
3. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Completed coaching sessions or consultations
- Fully accessed or downloaded digital content
- Custom-created programs or personalized routines that have been delivered
- Special event tickets or limited-availability workshops
- Gift cards or promotional credits
- Services rendered after the refund eligibility period has expired
- Third-party services or products purchased through our platform
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellations by Clients
You may cancel your enrollment or service at any time by contacting us. Refund eligibility for cancellations depends on the timing and service type as outlined in Section 2 above.
5.2 Cancellations by QuietShift
We reserve the right to cancel services under certain circumstances, including:
- Insufficient enrollment for group programs
- Instructor unavailability or emergency situations
- Technical issues preventing service delivery
- Violation of our Terms of Use by the client
If we cancel a service, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to an alternative date at no additional cost.
6. Rescheduling Policy
For scheduled sessions and appointments:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- You may reschedule up to two times without penalty
- Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee
- Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 90 days of the original booking date
- Last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours notice) may be treated as a cancellation
7. Program Transfers
In most cases, program enrollments and services are non-transferable to other individuals. However, we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss transfer options if you are unable to complete your program.
8. Partial Refunds
For multi-session packages or programs:
- Partial refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your package
- The per-session rate for partial refunds may be higher than the package rate
- Any promotional discounts applied to the original purchase will be factored into the refund calculation
- Administrative fees may apply to partial refund processing
9. Promotional and Discounted Items
Services purchased at promotional or discounted rates are subject to the same refund policy as regular-priced items. However:
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with refund requests to receive a better deal
- Limited-time offers and flash sales may have modified refund policies stated at the time of purchase
- Bundle packages have specific refund terms that apply to the package as a whole
10. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

11. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account and services
- Loss of access to program materials and resources
- Restriction from future purchases
We will work with you to investigate and resolve any legitimate billing concerns within 10 business days.
12. Refund Method
All refunds are processed using the original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts. If your original payment method is no longer valid:

- Additional verification may be required for security purposes
- Processing may take longer than standard refund timelines
13. International Clients
For clients outside the United States:
- Refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD)
- Exchange rate fluctuations are not factored into refund calculations
- International transaction fees charged by banks are not refundable
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
